uWink, Inc. has completed the previously announced spin-off of its technology licensing business. The spin-off company, Tapcode Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary Tapcode, Inc., will operate the technology licensing business. uWink, Inc. will continue to operate the uWink interactive restaurant concept.
