Self Order/Pay 

An engaging tool for guests to self-enter orders and payments directly into the POS, eliminating the need for staff to take orders.  Orders are electronically transmitted to the kitchen via our software interface with your POS.  From there, orders are processed, prepared, delivered and accounted for in the customary way.  

We also offer easy and intuitive self-payment via a credit card swipe at the screen, eliminating staff involvement in the payment process.  Payments are electronically processed through our POS interface in the customary way. The system is fully PCI compliant and interfaces with all major POS systems.  

Digital Entertainment 

Guests can also interact with virtually all forms of web-based digital content, including short form video games, movie trailers and other video, as well as advertising and promotional content.  We offer over 100 single and multi-player short form, casual and "social" video games and other digital content.

Content can be charged directly on the guest’s bill, with multiple automated triggers for how and when content is free or charged for, allowing for effective table turn management.

Branding/Advertising

Robust digital signage capabilities, including digital menu board, promotional and advertising display. Content can be automatically scheduled and displayed by time of day, day of week, time of year, type of venue, etc., and customer content interaction can be quantitatively tracked.  Software can be easily digitally re-skinned to support multiple brands.  

Hardware

Guests access our system through 8”-17” touch screen units outfitted with a magnetic stripe reader. Screens can be mounted to tables or in walls, pole-mounted or deployed as a standalone kiosk. Our screens are certified for a mean life of 50,000 hours and can easily be removed and replaced with a new unit. The screens require power wiring and Ethernet or wireless connectivity to a small, Internet-connected local server. All wiring can be concealed in existing furniture and structures.
